Founded in 1987 by Jon Slack, Softrader is a specialist provider of supply chain and ERP software to companies working in the highly demanding oil and gas sector.
Based in Carelton Forehoe, on the outskirts of Norwich, we pride ourselves on delivering flexible, reliable and easy to use solutions to our clients - many of which have been with us for more than a decade.
The Softrader system is designed to match the requirements of highly complicated workflow situations. Despite the rich array of features available, every screen allows for simple tasks to be achieved with a minimum of effort, saving your staff time and allowing them to focus on what they do best - keeping your customers happy.
Unlike most ERP packages, Softrader is written with the oil and gas sector in mind, and is designed and supported by people who have years of combined experience working in the industry. We also understand how important thorough and easy-to-access customer support is in this high pressure environment, and offer a number of solutions, including a new online helpdesk service and excellent telephone support.
In our latest customer survey report, 30% of our clients rated our support as 10/10, while for value for money 85% scored us at 8/10 or above.
