Document Control
Document Control makes managing your essential documents easy, allowing you to send, receive and track them as they move between you, your customers and your suppliers.
It is intimately linked with Softrader, collecting customer references and supplier information from the base order.
Every form in Document Control is fully customisable, letting you tailor appearance and branding to meet the needs of you, your customer, or your supplier.
Softrader Test Certificates
Focused on meeting the demands of the oil and gas sector, our Test Certification feature allows you to make and print certificates for jobs within the Softrader system itself.
Assign a group of tests to a specific cast, including Chemical, NDT, Heat Treatment , Tensile and Bend.
Allocate sets to standard specifications, and automatically check results within pre-set parameters.
Branch Integration
We are now in a position to offer many possible levels of integration to meet many different needs.
View real-time stock levels at all branches.
Transfer orders from branch to branch using our order transfer system. This reduces the need for multiple entries of the same data at branches across a group that trade with each other on a daily basis.
Use the iPhone and iPad applications to view information across branches on the go.

Softrader Online
Your sales people, wherever they are, can view orders for any customer, edit expediting notes and download documentation - giving them all the information they need when visiting clients.
If assigned, customers can also be given the opportunity to check whether you carry a certain item in stock. This feature allows filtering by stock levels and item details, each of which can be set by the administrator.
